Daily Challenge: the same spins for everyone
Once a day, everyone in the world gets an identical, seeded sequence of spins — same clubs, same seasons, in the same order. You get one attempt. Your skill is in the picks, the formation and the chemistry you build from a board that is equal for all. Finish the season and the game locks your result and gives you a shareable scorecard: your finish, points, OVR, and a green-amber-red grid of all 38 matches.
Friend duels: settle it properly
A duel is a seeded head-to-head. Start one and the game plays you a fresh seeded run; the results screen then gives you a code carrying both the seed and your score. Send it to anyone — entering the code replays your exact spin sequence for them, and their results screen declares the verdict and offers a rematch code back. Same board, no excuses, no accounts needed.
Weekly events: the rotation
Every week the event card rotates a rule-set that bends the draft:
| Event | The twist |
| Nineties Week | Spins land on 1992–1999 squads only |
| Y2K Week | 2000–2009 squads only |
| Moneyball Week | No player rated above 85 |
| Modern Era Week | 2015–2026 squads only |
| Homegrown Week | British & Irish players only |
Moneyball is the sleeper favourite: with the stars off the board, the smaller clubs' ceilings suddenly matter, and chemistry becomes the only route to a strong effective average.
Blitz, and how it all fits
Blitz mode — top-three picks per spin and an instant season — compresses a full run into about three minutes, and combines with any of the above. A good weekly routine: Daily first (it's one attempt, treat it with respect), a duel when you want stakes, Blitz when you have a bus ride. All modes feed the same engine described in the match engine guide, so everything you learn transfers.
Reading the share grid
The scorecard grid encodes your whole season: each cell is one of the 38 matches — green for a win, amber a draw, red a defeat — laid out in rows of ten. Streak-readers will spot title runs and collapses instantly, which is exactly why it travels well in group chats: a wall of green with one red at match 31 tells a story without a word. Your finish, points and squad OVR sit above it so results are comparable at a glance.
Daily strategy vs normal strategy
One attempt changes the maths. In a normal run a risky reroll costs you nothing but time; in the Daily it can cost the day. The disciplined approach: bank solid 82+ picks early, protect chemistry from pick six onwards rather than from pick one, and only gamble a reroll when the slot is otherwise a sub-78. Because everyone drafts from the same sequence, the leaderboard of your group chat is settled purely by these decisions — which is the point.
