Perfect XI is made by one person in Bolton, England. Every guide on this site, every player rating in the database and every line of the match engine is my own work, so if something looks wrong or you have an idea for the game, it comes straight to me and I read all of it.

I usually reply within a couple of days. If you are reporting a bug, a screenshot and a note of which browser and device you are using makes it far quicker to fix.

What to contact me about

Bugs and glitches — anything that breaks, freezes or looks wrong on your device.
Player ratings — if you think a rating or a squad is wrong, tell me who and why. Ratings are a fan interpretation and I adjust them when the case is good.
Missing players or seasons — the database covers 1992 to 2026, but gaps happen.
Feature requests — several modes in the game started as messages from players.
Press and collaborations — happy to talk about coverage or working together.

Perfect XI is free, has no accounts and no adverts inside the game itself, so there is no support queue and no ticket system. It is just me and an inbox.

Privacy and your data

If you email me, I only use your address to reply to you. I do not add you to a mailing list and I do not share it. The game itself stores your saves in your own browser and never sends them anywhere, which you can read about in full in the privacy policy.
